Special Needs Car Harness

As requested, but...DON'T DO THIS! Seriously, if you aren't comfortable with doing this please don't. The way this is installed in our car works well and it works safely. As I said in the video the harness IS NOT for collisions or accidents. It's sole purpose is to position the stock seat belt in the correct location and to keep Abigail from climbing out of her seatbelt.
