This vfx tutorial shows you how to make an animated action background which you see in mangas or video games in gamemaker studio. Omg, again 20 min video? Yes, but this time it is light content, I swear. So how is this structured? Well, you only need to get the middle point of the screen and from there shoot in all directions particles. And that is it. The rest is just some extra eye candy like a background with a radial gradient and a vignette.
