V IMAGE IN DESCRIPTION V
This was in the works for about a month. I only took maybe a day's worth of work with all the combined hours, but this sorta got dropped trough april. It was a mess in terms of progress. I tend to make some things up as I go with illustrations to experiment and have fun. I can imagine though it made the speedpaint look bad.
This is Cadaver, he's a vampire based off the Purple Emperor butterfly, also known as the Corpse Butterfly. They prefer to drink sweat and blood from animal carcasses rather than flowers. I thought it'd be nice to give him an illustration of him doing something casual, like looking out a balcony.
