My first video tribute of a DC Villain, and the best and my favorite from Batman Beyond, Spellbinder.
Spellbinder is so cool, he looks so creepy with his costume and his tech makes him a better mind controller then Mad Hatter. I wished they'd continued the series so I could have seen more of Spellbinder.
