Sphere and Torus.
I remember one of the more confusing things for me when I was first learning was how to make a sphere.
It is ridiculously simple when you know how but the help files back then, and perhaps now, talked about dragging the follow me tool around the path............
Draw a circle on one axis, draw a second centered on the first but on a different axis. Select the first as the path, choose the follow me tool and select the second as the profile. Done.
A torus is the same but off center.
