This week I wanted to share my most recent baking experiment and how to make spinach artichoke pinwheels. This was a great savory treat and would go excellent with a good white wine, on a charcuterie board or as an appetizer.
For the puff pastry:
200g all purpose flour
13g sugar
A pinch of salt
For the filling:
8oz cream cheese, softened
One 8oz can of artichoke hearts, roughly chopped
Approx 4 cups fresh spinach
