Spinach Rolls Recipe

Håfa adai, everyone! Sorry for the hiatus, but I am back with recipes you can use for your upcoming holiday parties and potlucks. Today's recipe is for spinach rolls. This recipe is simple and quick, and is a hit whenever I make them. INGREDIENTS • 16oz frozen spinach thawed and drained • 8oz cup sour cream • 8oz cup mayo • 1 packet of ranch seasoning • Bacon bits • Tortillas of your choice INSTRUCTIONS 1. Make sure spinach is thawed and drained well. Mix in mayo, sour cream, ranch packet, and desired amount of bacon bits. 2. Spread evenly on tortilla taking care not to spread to far to the edges. 3. Roll tortilla and set aside, continue until mixture is finished. 4. Cut off ends of the rolls and then cut rolls into thirds. 5. Place in a storage container or desired serving dish and chill for at least 2 hours.
