I wanted to have a center block in the middle but wanted the sides to reflect the same block so I split it in half within Creative Studio and used the Elevate Block feature to place the half block and the full block.
The sides and tops can re-use the same boundary with the same half block, rotating it or flipping it as needed. This is my rendition of block placement and remember even if your block goes outside the boundary with a rotation/flip doesn't mean you'll have a problem as long as you have the throat space AND the start of the block oriented to the quilt itself.
