Here is a stretching routine to either get your splits or stay flexible in your legs!!! I do a follow along routine that loosens up all the muscles you need to get your split down to the ground. It is only 6 minutes and will have you feeling flexible, refreshed, and relaxed afterwards. Do it every day and you will have your splits in no time. I am an 18 year old year ex-level 9 gymnast! I started gymnastics at age 11, but I'm now in college and interested in fitness!! I am posting workout & stretch videos on this channel that you can do right in your own house.
