This time we create something simple and fast with Particle flow and Mparticles.
We create a Mparticles flow with a spawn that duplicates the shape that we specify in the Birth Group.
Keep the subframe samples low so that it's faster and heavier. I use a value of 1.
I noticed no changes with adding multi-threading, so don't use it.
