Experiment: Sprint Retrospective
Problem: High performing teams know that our team is not perfect. Therefore our team could always use improvement. Things don't always go well, and that is an opportunity to get stronger as a team!
Hypothesis: If we take time every sprint to hear each other in a safe space, we will find lots of opportunities to improve as a team.
Time Frame: 6 weeks, ask pivot or persevere: every two weeks
Typical Outcomes: Increase in team KPIs, especially engagement
Skill Growth Criteria: You lead a sprint retrospective, used a power of all voices technique, added stories to the next sprint, implemented those stories, and measured the effectiveness qualitatively or quantitatively
