SPSS Tutorial - Multiple Linear Regression

This video covers the use of multiple linear regression to either: 1) create predictive models or 2) estimate adjusted between-group differences. The second use is more commonly used in clinical research. Multiple linear regression provides slightly more useful output than ANOVA, but it does require you to jump through a few more hoops when preparing your data.
