SR20DET Throttle Position Sensor Calibration

Adjusting my throttle position sensor today! Recently my rpms have been around 1200-1300 at idle and im not completely sure why. I have adjusted my iacv and now, my TPS. According to my research the proper voltage for the TPS completely closed is .45v. Feel free to correct me in the comments below if I am incorrect.
