SRB2 MD2 devlog 8-19-2017 Early animated texture issues

Originally the Low Poly mod wasn't going to have animated textures, but after a lot of consideration I decided to go for it, but when I tried to optimize I ran into a glaring issue: the crawlas would face you. This meant that I had to make the wad even bigger in order to allow them orientation again. Also the treads are going backwards.
