SRB2 MD2 devlog 9-14-2017 Spring Shell Hitboxes

Hitting these guys correctly can be very hard when they're sprites, so I made the spring stick outside the hitbox so it would be easier to judge. This results in the spring shells being slightly more stout than their sprite counterparts but, now I have almost no problem hitting these guys the way I want to.
