Recipe
12 slices of bread- according to the type of bread you use, you will need more milk.
2 1/2 cups of evaporated milk
2 eggs beaten
1/4 cup of melted butter
1/2 cup grated coconut
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup of raisins
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Bake at 350 for 1 hour 15 minutes or 1 hour. Enjoy warm!
