Der STADLER Ballistik Separator ermöglicht die Sortierung des aufgegebenen Materials in verschiedene Fraktionen: - Rollend schwere Materialien, z.B. Hohlkörper, Kunststoffflaschen, Steine, Holz, Dosen, Stahlprofile - Flächig leichte Materialien, z.B. Folien, Textilien, Papier, Kartons, Faserprodukte - Siebfraktion - je nach Paddelperforation können verschiedene Korngrößen abgetrennt werden Gleichzeitig wird eine optimale Verteilung auf ein direkt nachgeschaltetes Beschleunigungsband NIR (Nahinfrarotgerät) erreicht. With the STADLER Ballistic Separator it is possible to sort material into the following fractions: - Heavy three-dimensional materials, e.g. hollows, plastic bottles, stones, wood, cans, steel sections - Light two-dimensional materials, e.g. film, textiles, paper, cardboard, fiber products - Sieve fraction –different particle sizes can be sorted depending on the perforation of the paddles At the same time the material is distributed in an optimal way on a downstream acceleration conveyor for NIR (Near-infrared device)
