Stale Project

I was asked about this level recently because I posted an image of this level on Twitter quite some time ago. I decided I might as well do a showcase of it because I have not touched this level in many months. I don't really plan on working on this level any time in the future. After some time working on this level I stopped really feeling anything, and this made a lot of sense considering the circumstances that this level was made under. The real origin of this level is that it was commissioned by Waboo to appear in one of his videos, one of those "competition" kind of videos that are common on YouTube these days. My only instruction was to make it "the best level ever" which is, when you break it down, a prompt that has no real substance. As such, this level doesn't really have a purpose. In order for this level to really mean something I would have to make some really sweeping changes that I honestly don't have the time for and honestly don't care to do. I'd prefer just starting from scratch with a better foundation. Some people may be upset that I abandon something like this. Just be reminded that an artist never finishes a piece of art, rather, they simply decide that enough work has been done. :)
