This is another of our balance tests. This is looking at mainly the ability to control our body position on a very small surface area aka the forefoot. Lifting one knee up high, have the arms out or in (just try and do the same each time your test) lift up off the heel on the standing leg and hold the position for as long as you can or until you either are wobbling excessively or the heel touches the floor.
