Position yourself with torso upright holding weights by your sides. Step forward with your right leg approximately 2 feet. Lower upper body while keeping torso upright and maintaining balance. Keep knees from going beyond toes. Use your heel to push yourself off the ground. Either switch legs between reps or stay in the same leg for desired repetitions before switching to other leg. Drive deeper to create more separation.
