STARCCM+ tutorial: Create new physics continua

Now that we have created the part and splitting the surfaces by patch, we will create a new physics continua to (in a future video) give the part properties such as density, thermal conductivity, viscosity, etc. We will also select the models that will govern this continua, such as making it a steady state model (not transient) and accounting for gravity and natural convection.
