Station Tools - Configuring the hardware

Station Tools is the other half of the backend configuration, where we can setup each of the HoLiS stations for their extremely flexible behaviors. This includes what quests display where on questboards, and using a short code system to be able to produce and control most actions from a simple button press or tag scan without needing a full GUI/tablet/computer in more exposed or specific locations.
