Vulcan is quite Hot indeed
Taking a complete 180, if Europa is super cold making cooling a breeze, Vulcan is pretty hot making cooling an actual challenge to solve. It does however have unique perks to make it an interesting planet. It is also the planet that encourages trading to get resources you need to survive.
