Statistics 101: Model Building, GLM Effect Coding with ANCOVA and Regression

In this Statistics 101 video, we begin to learn about building statistical models and effect coding. Foundational to building models is understanding the General Linear Model or GLM for short. Effect coding is a technique that provides a different way (IMHO a better way) to compare treatment effects. In this video, an introduction by demonstration, we learn how to do effect coding and compare the results of ANCOVA and regression using Excel. Enjoy!
