In Part 1 of this series, we learned some best practices to combine qualitative and quantitative data for maximum impact. In Part 2, we’ll hear from people working in Iowa libraries on how they’ve done just that. From engaging monthly reports (hello, WhoFi) to dynamic annual year-end reviews we’ll learn how data story-tellers in a variety of library settings communicated both successes and needs.
