When the Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) are delivered onsite and begin going up, this is where the structure of your home truly starts to take shape.
In this step of the Build Process, we show how ICF walls stack together like giant LEGOs to create the form for your home before concrete is poured. But the real difference comes from how we pour.
We use a monolithic concrete pour, creating a single, continuous concrete wall and footing system for added strength and performance. This method eliminates the cold break joint commonly found in traditional construction, helping reduce thermal transfer. We also use Xypex crystalline additive in the concrete to enhance durability and long-term moisture resistance.
The result is a wall system that is stronger, more energy efficient, and built to perform for decades—a key advantage of building with ICF.
