In this video a take you through a step by step guide to finding undervalued stocks with good growth potential. The key indicators I'm looking for is a strong PEG ratio of 1. Ideally I'd like a company to have a lower PE ratio than the industry average. I'm also looking for companies with consist growth in sale over the last 5 years. Strong profit margins with reasonable amount of debt on their balance sheet. Lastly, I always refer to expert opinion by looking at the zack research reports to justify my picking.
