Steubenville is a city in Jefferson County, Ohio. Located along the Ohio River. Steubenville is known for its rich history, being one of Ohio's oldest communities, also the birthplace of entertainer Dean Martin. Steubenville's historical downtown has many historical buildings intact still, there are some areas where the store fronts are empty but the area is still vary vibrant. The community celebrates its diverse background through community events. Dury the holidays the Nut Cracker Village and Advent Market is a free outdoor art and culture festival that brings a lot of people to the area. I was fortunate enough to be in town while there was a concert at the amphitheater. The people from the are were great.
