steve & billy | cringe

I've been alone so long, I feel like I'm on the run lover come over, kick up the dust . . . basic plot: billy and steve are seeing each other, but when steve starts to get too close billy starts pushing him away fun fact: when I first watched season 2 I hated billy hargrove so much that I didn't even bother learning his name and just called him max's brother. but then I stumbled on one of lymrick's harringrove fics (https://archiveofourown.org/series/876426) and it changed the whole way I looked at his character. I know that billy and this ship are both pretty controversial and I certainly understand why. in canon they are not my cup of tea at all, but after basically plowing through their entire tag on ao3 this past summer and staying up to date with the fandom since then, they have somehow become one of my ultimate otps. I've been trying to vid them for months and then finally I found this song a couple weeks ago and it all started coming together. then I realized that it's #harringroveweekoflove over on tumblr (shoutout to the harringrove fandom, y'all are some of the loveliest people I've ever seen) and it was perfect timing to get this done!
