Until now, I’ve been working on StickAR, a sticky note app that recognizes text from images captured by the Quest’s passthrough camera. To explore different ideas, I even tried syncing data by “throwing” AR sticky notes into a PC screen, as shown in the video above.
However, when others wanted to try it, the setup process turned out to be complicated—requiring things like launching a server app and configuring monitors in the room.
To make it easier to use, I’ve now created a lightweight version that displays a virtual browser in AR/VR, allowing you to paste scanned images or extracted text directly into services like Google Docs.
It’s still not perfectly stable, but the trial version is ready. If you’re a Quest 3 user (and possibly it might work on Quest 3S), feel free to reply or send me a private message if you’d like to try it out!
