The plaintiff says she knew the defendant for a couple of years and that he helped her purchase a car at an auction. She claims he took her money but never delivered the car and is suing for the amount owed. The defendant says he did purchase the car but explained it needed to be inspected before it could be turned over. He claims the plaintiff became upset about the delay, insulted him and then said she no longer wanted the car, leaving him stuck with a vehicle he does not need.
