In this video I'll walk you through the three things that actually make Claude useful: giving it skills so it knows your voice, your industry, and how you want things structured; connecting it to the tools you already use like Gmail, Google Drive, Notion, and Excel so you stop being the middleman; and setting up Projects so your context, documents, and conversation history carry over every single session. Once you build this out, the amount of manual work you hand off to Claude goes up dramatically. This is the setup most people never get to.
