This short film was created as part of a final project for SNR432 Communicating Wildlife & Fisheries and Forestry Issues at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Our focus was to spread awareness of the potential harm to eastern hellbenders (Cryptobranchus alleganiensis alleganiensis) caused by creating structures with rocks, such as cairns (rock stacks), in Appalachian streams.
