Strange Brew Cream Guitar Lesson + Tutorial
In this lesson you'll learn how to play "Strange Brew" as recorded by the British rock band Cream.
This song has some incredible blues guitar playing, and is based around a 12-bar blues chord progression in the key of A. The progression varies just slightly between when the vocal is singing and the instrumental sections. "Strange Brew" features Eric Clapton on lead vocals rather than the usual lead by Jack Bruce.
For the chord progression you'll learn how to use the basic I, IV, V and you'll also apply something I call a "quick IV".
