100 grams egg whites (room temp)
100 grams granulated sugar
140 grams almond flour
140 grams powdered sugar
Pinch cream tartar
Few drops Pink gel coloring
Cup measurements
3 large egg whites
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 1/4 cups almond flour
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Pinch cream tartar
Few drops Pink gel coloring
Strawberry buttercream filling
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter (room temp)
1 1/2 Tbsp smash fresh strawberries
1/4 tsp strawberry extract
Bake at 310 F for 12-15 minutes. Time and temp will vary base upon your oven. Mines are baked for 14 minutes at 310F.
