When Strawberry Switchblade started to make an album, it was very different from the bright electronica of the end result.
The first proper sessions were with the band they'd been touring with, featuring Simon Booth (guitar), John Cook (bass),and Roy Dodds (drums). The producer was Robin Millar, who had just had huge success with albums by Sade and Fine Young Cannibals.
These two tracks were recorded and it was decided to try another producer. These versions have never been officially released.
