Streamer Mode Is A Problem

While it reduces some ghosting it doesn't prevent it nor does it do anything to affect stream sniping. While at the same time it takes away the most fun part of high elo solo queue and makes the game feel like bot games. Players are incentivized to use the setting whether they are streaming or not to gain a competitive advantage. The added layer of anonymity makes it easier for people to flame and be toxic without worrying as much as they should about ruining their reputation and chances to join teams. This will limit tier 1 and tier 2 teams ability to filter out unskilled or toxic players from the recruitment process based on players experiences and reputations.
