Video assumes you already have access to a cloud PC - you can look for servers close to your location provided by paperspace or AWS - Paperspace is a bit cheaper for my purposes, and has an option for a parsec/cloud gaming ready template for your instance when you first cop. . The machine i have has an nvidia quadro p4000, i think it's like the second cheapest option and i have no issues running stuff.
