DD-STAT takes the HART Test Specification and automates the test cases. It is designed to test, analyze, and verify Device Descriptions (DDs) to ensure they are correctly developed, consistent, and compliant (with backwards compatiblity) with industry standards—particularly within HART and other EDDL-based environments. DD-STAT helps developers catch issues early by checking how a device description behaves before it is deployed in host systems.
