I hire my first coach. No progress. 2019: I hire the best coach in Italy. No progress. And an injury. 2019: I start coaching at my local gym. 2019: I hire a multiple world-record and world-champion coach. No progress. And another injury. 2020: I go on my own journey of experimentation. Obsessively questioning everything until I understood training at the core. 2021-2025: It worked. This is all I've been doing all my life.
