Stuart Models S50 engine part 6 The Eccentric strap

Getting back to the model engine .One part at a time seems to be popular . I have seen a few pictures of a vintage version of this engine and there are a few details that I will be adding to the strap since completing the filming of this part being made. As a footnote to anyone making this part , aim for 0.001" oversize with the bore of the strap to the eccentric. When the part was slit it closed slightly and made a tight fit that I had to sort out off camera . Cheers Ade,
