Student Expelled Before Graduation. Court Solves Problem

Right before graduation, college student Guillermo Torres was told he was being expelled for failure to pay tuition. The issue is, Mr. Torres is on full academic scholarship. With no response from the school's bursar's office, Guillermo takes his case to Mango Park District Court, hoping Judge Porter is able to solve this issue in time for him to graduate with his class.
