This is a quick demo of my SE Omega 8 (8 voices, with SEM, Moog and CS80 filter cards), no effects; just a straight recording onto my Zoom R24 SD Card.
I love this synth! I've owned or own various poly (and mono) synths, such as Alesis Andromeda, Roland Jupiter 4 and 8, 3rd Wave, Prophet 10 Rev 4, and the list can go on. Omega 8 is up there with the best - to my ears its tone is similar to Jupiter 8’s (crisp/sharp) but a tad warmer; it's almost an analogue version of the Kurzweil K2000 if you wish...
