After looking back at my timing I think that 19:26 is correct. I was 25 seconds ahead of my target time when I came back through the flood gate and 34 seconds under 20 by the end. Meaning I ran from the flood gate to the end in 1:43 which is probably about right considering the final sprint that I managed to put in.
I also forgot to mention that I reached the cycle path sign at (I think) 14:42 on the way back.
