Sugar Rush
Seductive song about the sweet taste of a woman. I have heard some negative comments about how easy it is to create what they call a fake song. It is not easy at all, it is easier than writing the actual notes and lyrics together. Some songs are very complicated in both structure and dynamics. Writing the lyrics comes easy to me and I can hear in my head what I want to present. However, you still have to describe it to SUMO to get what you are looking for. SUMO often ignores you cues like male voice then female voice in a duet and just combines them together. It may require several iterations before the sound and the vocals are even close. The next step is to add the sounds that you feel are missing by adding additional tracks to the song. This song alone started with 9 tracks and ended being 13 to add background and ambiance to the song. Some keyboard and guitar sound require multiple instruments because it would be impossible to perform on a single instrument in correct time of the song. I also utilize Adobe Audition for combining some sounds and adjusting them to my needs. This whole process take hours for the lyrics and sometimes days for the music, then to place it here requires a video. I am using Adobe Premiere Pro and a site called Storyblocks for the video clips.
