Summer Pudding

Summer's coming to an end and there's plenty of berries and soft fruit in the shops - and if you're super-lucky, in your garden. Summer pudding is a superb way to use things like raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, cherries, redcurrants and other things of that ilk. Summer pudding has an unusual casing made of sliced white bread. It soaks up the juices from the fruit and is seriously yummy. Summer pudding is easy to make, and quick to make too, apart from the long chilling/setting time.
