Three students started from scratch with no embedded systems background and were able to build an application and monitoring interface. They were able to:
1. Read the data from an IMU via I2C protocol.
2. Use a sensor fusion algorithm to determine the object orientation.
3. Implement a desktop application to display the orientation based on Euler angles.
