This video shows you the six basic Sun Style Tai Chi exercises. The movements are shown in the standing and seated positions. The seated position is used to help those who are disabled or have health issues, which should not hinder someone from learning this art form of moving meditation. The instructors perform the movements (forms) more than once, which allows us you to practice, understand and learn how to do them. I love the way the movements are being shown, as if you are looking into a mirror. It holds down the confusion for those of us who have problems knowing the right from the left.
