Sunday Studio Session 48 | Unpredictable Generative Patch (Pre-Rack Reset Experiment)

Sunday Studio Session 48 — a generative patch on the edge of control. This session was recorded just before a major rack reconfiguration, pushing the current system into more unpredictable territory. Generate 3 feeds Rings as the primary sound source, with Turing Machine driving the sequence through Ornament & Crime for quantization. The sequence is further destabilized by injecting additional voltage from an ADSR and the inverted output of the Voltages expander, creating constantly shifting pitch relationships. Fieldtone Weaver and Morphagene add layers of texture and disruption, with sections processed and reversed to introduce more abstract, psychedelic movement. As with most generative patches, this one doesn’t always behave — but that unpredictability is part of the process.
