sunflower green bread
This bread is very easy to make. Yummy, low carb, full of protein and just 4 ingredients. Ingredients: 1. 4 large eggs 2. 1 tsp baking soda 3. 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar 4. 1 cup (256 g) (9 oz.) Sunflower butter Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 350F (180C). Grease an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch (21 x 11 cm) loaf pan and line with non-stick baking paper. 2. Using electric mixer blend the eggs, baking soda and vinegar until foamy and double in volume. Add the sunflower butter and continue mixing until the batter is smooth. 3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 30 minutes, or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. 4. Remove from oven and let cool briefly in the pan, then invert onto a rack to cool completely. Slice and use or store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 2 weeks.
